The MA02 district would like to thank all of the members and sponsors who helped raise funds for our club during the 2007 season. These fundraisers help pay for added money, arena fees, and awards. We are not a large club, so without this help we would not be able to afford the great shows like the State Championships, and the quality awards that we give out, such as Gist Buckles, Tex Tan Saddles, and much more.
We want to have an even bigger and better State Championship Show, along with more added money for our regular season shows. We will continue to give out fabulous awards. These plans require the help of all of our members. Below are some of the fundraisers that we are planning for 2008:

Gymkhana Series - This is by far our largest fundraiser. We have 2 Series Scheduled. Join us and pass the word.
Nutrena Club Support - Bring all your Nutrena feed lables to the show. We get between .25 -.50 per label.
Country Supply - Buy from www.countrysupply.com and put in Country Code "nbha-ma02" in box at check out and we get 5% of purchase (excludes wormers).
50/50 Raffle - We will be holding a 50/50 raffle at the shows.
State Championships Added Money Cash Raffle - Each family is required to sell $50 in Raffle tickets. Money goes to added money for State Championships. Cash prize is $1000 broken into 5 payouts. 1st is $500, 2nd is $250, 3rd is $125, 4th is $75, 5th is $50.
State Championship Ads - It is never too early to start selling ads for the program book that is given to all members at the State Championships. Ads are a significant part of how the added money is raised. We will also continue to offer 10% of the ad money you have raised towards the selling member’s entry fee. So if you sell $50 worth of ads you will receive $5 off your entry fee. You can receive up to your total entry fee back from ad incentives.
Awards Donations - Members can also donate money to the club towards the cost of awards. MA02 district Bylaws state that members must contribute $50.00 to the club each season by July 1st of that year in order to be eligible for year-end awards. See the Bylaws section for special situations, whereby members join mid-season.
